Our Testing Facilities
Our quality control centre assures the customer the quality of Sanjivani brand products.

Universal Testing Machine|
To conduct the tests for the mechanical properties of the polymer like tensile strength, percentage of elongation, tensile modulus, modulus of elasticity, flexural strength, flexural modulus, compression strength and compression modulus.  The equipment is having the in- built software system the test results can be obtained by sensing even the minute, precision load variation  in stress strain curve.

Specific Gravity & Density
To measure Density and Specific Gravity of the Plastic Raw material and Product. The equipment consists of four decimal accuracy digital balance, capable of producing the data and also bulk density factor can be measured for the powder samples also by using density bottle method.

Heat Reversion Oven
To measures the reversion factor of the polymer. These tests can be conducted for the various pipes like PVC pipes, HDPE pipes, sprinkler pipes, laterals etc...

Carbon Black Content
This equipment gives the exact percentage of organic filler i.e. Carbon which is added as uv stabilizer in the product/raw materials/ pigments/ master batches.

Carbon Black Dispersion (CBD)
This equipment is capable of measuring the percentage of dispersion of the carbon fillers into the polymer matrix. This equipment is connected with a high magnification microscope, digital display and the screen.

Hot Air Oven
Equipped with digital pyrometer controlled system with Auto data recording of time and temperature. This can be inter phased with the computer system.

Humidity Chamber
This Equipment which can be used as the conditioning chamber for the different percentage of relative humidity and for various temperatures. The equipment size is designed in such a way that it can  accommodate the different types of thermoplastic raw materials and verities of product together.

Heat Deflection Temperature and Vicat Softening Point Apparatus
This equipment is inter-phased with the computer system. Where the thermoplastic materials, products can be tested for its deflection temperature and softening temperature. This equipment is versatile in conducting the test at different temperature rise of the oil bath.

Opacity
Test can be conducted to measure the optical property of the polymer including PVC pipes and other products where the data can be recorded exactly in terms of percentage of opacity.

Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance (ESCR)
This equipment measures stress properties of the polymer. It is multi-stationed and the test results can be evaluated for multiple samples. The equipment is able to study crack propagation in the polymer surface at different level of temperatures.

Resistance to External Blow at Zero Degree Celsius
This equipment gives the test results of the impact value of PVC pipes and other polymer products with different dead loads and heights.

Cold Chamber
This equipment is Capable of Monitoring the temperature up to -100c. The size of the chamber is sufficient enough to accommodate many products together.

Melt Flow Index (MFI)
This equipment measures the flow properties of the thermo plastic polymer to find the different melt flow rate with related dead loads as per the various national & international standards. Digital automated temperature controllers with digital timers and calibrated loads ensures the accuracy of the test results.

Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Equipment
The eight stationed pressure testing equipment is inter phased with the computer, auto data recording system. The equipment is  capable to sense even the minute pressure of 0.1kg/cm2, capable to perform the hydrostatic pressure test, leakage test on different products like PVC pipes, HDPE pipes, sprinkler pipes, HDPE sewerage pipes, Irrigation Laterals etc. The equipment is capable of conducting the test on 24 products/ samples together.

Muffle Furnace
Capable of monitoring  the temperature up to 10000c. We can find out the percentage of inorganic filler content in the various thermoplastic materials and products.  This equipment gives the result of percentage of sulphated ash content also.
